Part 1 - Assessment

We will work with you to perform a comprehensive assessment of your operational processes and practices. This will give you the clarity and confidence that comes from knowing where your gaps are relative to industry-standard best practices.

Part 2 - Prioritization

Together, we will review and prioritize each area with your strategic goals in mind. This will give you a valuable hit-list of quick wins and high-impact improvements, along with a lightweight gap analysis to inform what changes need to happen.

For each area, we will discuss:

  • How to allocate attention / time to maximize impact for the organization

  • What is currently happening in each area, to understand the present state

  • What result we wish to see in each area when things are running well

  • What action we need to take to move from the present state to the desired result

Part 3 - Direction

Finally, we will use the prioritized list to derive a high-level plan that sets the direction for improvement in your organization. This will give you a credible and efficient approach to driving meaningful change.

To build a directional plan, we will:

  • Select which of the prioritized improvements to plan and implement first

  • Determine responsibility "swim lanes" for key owners within your organization

  • Use the earlier gap analysis to inform a high-level action plan to slot into steps and assign to owners
