SDS Insiders Community
The community is a strong complement to the SDS Course. It provides greater insights into each area, with additional deep-dive videos, regular calls and mini-workshops, and a forum to post and share questions and answers with others going through similar transformations in their organizations.
This is offered as a monthly subscription with course and cohort alumni grandfathered at half-price.

SDS Accelerator Cohort
This is a small group cohort with individual guidance aimed specifically at helping you design and implement the SDS in your organization. The focus is on helping you understand how to map the SDS best practices to your unique situation, and on finishing the program with all the pieces to move forward.
This is offered as a 12-week live cohort (Zoom) with 3-6h/wk expected attendance and workload.

SDS Pinpoint Consulting
This involves individual consulting engagements with your key leaders, to assess what's working well and what's not - then collaboratively plan and implement a solution that will address the situation. We work with your leadership team to sharpen focus, address issues, and achieve objectives.
This is offered as a bespoke engagement to achieve a specific result.

SDS Impact Coaching
This is 1-on-1 coaching and advisory to ensure new processes are launchesd successfully, and to navigate the growing pains that accompany organizational change. We work with individual leaders to develop growth and advancement plans so they are ready to step up to greater responsibilities.
This is offered as a 3, 6, or 12-month term with meetings every 1, 2, or 4 weeks depending on the needs of each client.
