The Process

1. Kick-Off Call

First, we'll have a call to get to know each other and our organizations better. We'll talk about your current situation, your goals, what's working well, and the challenges you're facing. We will also introduce the Intake Assessment form, and establish next steps and timing.

2. Intake Assessment / Interviews

We'll send you a short assessment and/or optionally interview 4-8 of your key leaders to gather information about the areas listed in the Bootcamp Areas Matrix above. In addition to providing a high-level overview of your organization and operations, this will also give you an opportunity to highlight any areas you are concerned about.

3. Design Your Experience

Your TLA advisor will examine your Intake Assessment to optimize your Bootcamp session. You will have the opportunity to invite others from your organization to participate in the Bootcamp session, if you choose.

4. Game Changer Bootcamp Session

Your TLA executive advisor will facilitate your 2-hour Bootcamp session.  In this interactive session, we will pinpoint insights critical to your success and formulate important action items. (The bootcamp is designed for a virtual format to minimize disruption and increase efficiency. An in-person option is available if desired.)

5. Receive Your Strategic Roadmap

Your TLA advisor will prepare your custom Strategic Roadmap and review it with you on a call to discuss and debrief the key recommendations for your success

6. Optional: Additional Advisor Support

Based on the results of your Bootcamp session, you may choose to partner with us to help you execute our recommendations via one of our structured improvement programs:

Jason is very knowledgeable about the gaming industry and the processes used in game development. I found him easy to work with: he is professional and personable, and could readily advise on both people and technical topics.

He provided valuable support at all stages of the off-site: from the early conceptual discussions through to conducting interviews with attendees, extracting insights from the interview data, supporting the design of the individual workshop sessions, and hosting the sessions themselves. He was accessible throughout the process and always made time to act as sounding board for ideas and refinement of details.

Eugene van der Meulen
Sr. Director of Operations, Electronic Arts

Jason has vast experience in interfacing with teams of many sizes and the ability to adapt to the current needs of an organization. I have been impressed in how Jason can identify weak links in process and quickly help teams address these issues, all the while working with other stakeholders, to implement sustainable solutions.

There are people you work with throughout your careers that can shape your view of 'what good looks like', and Jason is one of these people for me. I would welcome any opportunity to work with him again.

Brett Bourbin
Director of Engineering, Electronic Arts

Jason has experience shipping some of the industries biggest games. Jason’s depth of experience consistently helped the team make effective decisions while respecting the values and cultures of sub teams. He understands the complexities of building teams, managing budgets, bringing organizational change while building high quality games against a tight timeline. Any advice he provides is always rooted in what really happens and not theoretical environments.

I am very fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to work with Jason and learn from him. I would highly recommend him to other teams and organizations looking to deliver more, address the challenges of scaling effectively, and adapt to change.
